You know those women who are just naturally blessed with long, moist eyelashes? Or enhanced yet, the guys? It’s completely not reasonable. They get that “I woke up like this” look, while the rest of us have to put on layers of mascara and eyeliner to even get close. Well, if you are like us and not naturally have long beautiful eyelashes, there are some answers to this problem.

False Lashes or Lashes Extensions?

If you are puzzled between these two, let us make clear the variation. False lashes are the band lashes you can buy any beauty store. Lash extensions are when individual lashes are attach to your lashes using special adhesive. Each individual lash is placed on upper of your real lashes.

False Lashes

Faux mink lashes, being a strip lash, are stick on top of your lashes using a lash gum. They are light in weight and variety from very expected looking to very full. False lashes are a onetime treat, ideal for a special event. You can also wear them each day and they normally take around 3 to 5 minutes to apply once you get expert at it. In Addition, you can apply mascara on top if you wish!

Lash Extensions

Lash extensions are a great option if you are super busy or you are going on a tour, as they will last you 2 to 3 weeks. We would say if you are getting married, lash extensions are a great option, as you can get them done a day or two before and they should carry you through your honeymoon.

If done properly, lash extensions won’t damage your eyelashes, but you have to be cautious about how you sleep and when removing eye makeup, as any irritation will make the extensions fall off quicker.

Tip: If you choose to get them complete and anyone wants to cut your real lashes to make the lash extensions longer or says you have to, go. Seriously, go. Your real lashes should never be cut!

So which is better?

Honestly, they are both great for unusual reasons. If you are going on a journey or have a big busy timetable and don’t want to worry about any makeup use, lash extensions are a reliable alternative, particularly with a purely natural makeup look. Though, false lashes are easy to use and you can choose when you want to have a very glamorous look or a natural look. You don’t really get that substitute with lash extensions once used until you go in for a fill.

I won’t lie either, it’s wonderful to be able to take off of the faux mink lashes and rub your eyes. You can’t do that with lash extensions, but that’s just our liking.

Both of these answers will give you the look of beautiful long natural looking lashes, so they are great options if you don’t want to use mascara. We have tried both, so these are our opinions, but lastly the choice is entirely up to you if you want to try both or none at all.
